How many stores can I connect for Dynamic Pricing?
Growth includes 1 connected store, Scale includes 2, Agency includes 5 and Enterprise includes 10. Need more? Agency and Enterprise accounts can add extra connected stores for €19/month each - Growth and Scale accounts get more stores by upgrading to a higher tier.
What’s the difference between the store plans and the agency plans?
Starter, Growth and Scale are for watching your competitors - and, from Growth up, repricing your own catalogue. Agency and Enterprise add the tools for working on someone else’s behalf: tag each tracked company with the end client it belongs to, give that client a read-only portal, and send a weekly PDF under your own name. Both agency plans include the whole toolkit - Enterprise is simply Agency at twice the volume.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and a card is required to begin it, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends. The trial is one per account, so it covers whichever plan you try first.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes, any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. If your first paid month isn’t right for you, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we refund it in full; otherwise fees already paid aren’t refunded, apart from the cases in our refund policy.
What happens if I go over my plan’s product limit?
Nothing is blocked or deleted. You can keep adding pages, and everything you’re already tracking carries on. Once you’re at the limit, new products past it simply aren’t stored - a big catalogue is tracked up to your limit and the rest is left out, and we tell you when that happens so you can upgrade or drop a page you no longer need. Your watchlist shares the same limit: each shop you watch a product at counts as one product, and once you’re at the limit you can’t add another until you make room.
Is AI-assisted matching included?
AI-assisted extraction and product matching is included on Scale, Agency and Enterprise. Growth and Starter still track and compare prices normally - just without the AI fallback for pages a plain heuristic can’t read.
